Client needs a full-on renovation with many carpentry needs. Project challenge was the limited budget, thus design solution is targeted to maximize all the nooks and crannies (column and beam lobang) with minimum of what is needed while still serving the occupants lifestyle for every room.

Client had an idea to insert children's beds inside the niche (normal layouts would have wardrobes in these niches) for privacy. Proposed to make the niche to add a hint of cozyness by highlighting it with either carpentry of in this specific project by painting a different colour.
