Paolo's Indoor-Outdoor Villa
My forever client and friend. We first talked about a bachelor penthouse on top of their building. Then he got married and the brief changed to a bungalow. Years go by, he just bought an old house that was on bargain to refuse. The latest brief was a renovation, which also did not happen :P

arches are integrated with the balustrade and cabinetry of the loft. This maximizes the area depth (maximum we can build under law) for the loft.

The client was sharing to me ideas of what I believe is the design of another designer - for me to quote of the design of their designer/contractor. I am an architect. Anthropometrics is very important. I have a proposal/design solution of my own which the client never saw/heard.
