Redevelopment of slum area to a mixed-use development. Local laws required developers to house existing slums into high-rise apartments and malls within the township they are redeveloping.  The existing slum fabric consists of many goods and services.  The shops have been listed and numbered.  And I have designed them into color zones with a central courtyard al-fresco dining.
