Exclusive luxury villas in the sky for the High Net Income society of India.

This is my favorite project of all the projects I have been involved in and work on. From the concept, development of the design, detailing, quality, brochure... maybe except for my "auntie" photo in the brochure :D

boss approved my small sketch in less than a minute, CAD it for proportion and passed it to our visualizer who had the PC render it overnight.
fastest kitchen layout I have done.
designed and detailed this indoor pool. inclusive of the irrigation of the tree, where to hide the tank, levels as seen from the bedroom and living room.
the central area of the stacked villas. this is where all the services mingle.
